We are delighted to announce that a new Commercial Director will be joining the Proctor Group on the 13th April 2026, marking another important step in the company’s continued growth across the construction and building materials sectors.
Barbara Massie brings a wealth of experience, a strong commercial skillset, and a proven track record of driving growth. She will work closely with the Board to deliver sustainable commercial growth, strengthen customer and supply chain relationships, and support the ongoing development of the Proctor Group’s people, products, and market presence.
Barbara joins us from Kirkwood Timber Frame, where she held the position of Business Development Director for over two years. Prior to this, she held senior Director-level roles with Travis Perkins and NorDan, giving her an exceptional breadth of industry knowledge and an impressive range of transferable skills, having developed significant expertise in merchanting, manufacturing, and the wider construction supply chain.
