In early November APG hosted a Hog Roast charity dinner to showcase the launch of Fireshield - our fire retardant membrane developed for cladding.
The meal was followed by a fantastic leadership talk by Ant Middleton, best known as the Chief Instructor for Channel 4’s hit show, SAS: Who Dares Wins.
During the evening, money was raised for SSAFA - The Armed Forces Charity of which Ant is an ambassador for. SSAFA is the UK's oldest national tri-service military charity supporting veterans and their families with specialist services as well as practical, emotional and financial support. We were very happy to provide a cheque for £385 to Jonathan Sandall- Director of Fundraising and Annastasia Williams- Events Assistant, to help support this amazing and important charity.
